These terms cover this website

They apply to ecworld.com. They are not the agreement under which an agency partners with us, nor the representation agreement we sign with an institution, nor the terms of use of the Riseway platform. Those are separate, and where they differ from these, they govern.

What this site is

It describes who EC World is and how to work with us. Nothing on it is an offer, a guarantee of admission or of a visa, or advice on immigration. Entry requirements, tuition, intakes and visa rules are set by universities and governments, change without notice, and must be confirmed with the institution or the relevant authority before anyone relies on them.

We do not work with students directly

Students are advised and represented by their own recruitment agency. We cannot accept an application from a student, and contacting us does not create any relationship between us.

Using the site

  • Do not attempt to gain access to any part of this site, or any system behind it, that is not open to you.
  • Do not use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
  • Do not submit anything unlawful, or anyone else’s personal data without their knowledge.

The text, design and marks on this site belong to EC World Education Pvt. Ltd. or to our licensors. You may read and share it; you may not reuse it commercially without our written permission.

Links elsewhere

Where we link to a university, a service partner or another organisation, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it.
