Find a course
Search the whole catalogue, not a spreadsheet of it.
Search by course, subject or university across every institution we represent. Filter by destination, study level, tuition and which intakes are still open, and see entry requirements before you commit a student to anything.
- Typing “data sciense” still finds Data Science — the search forgives a misspelling rather than returning nothing.
- Courses are priced in their own country’s currency, and tuition sorting only appears once you have chosen a destination.
- Intakes show whether they are open and when the deadline falls.
Follow it through
Every stage, and who it is waiting on.
An application moves through screening, the university, offers, the tuition deposit, the confirmation document and the visa decision. Each move is recorded with who made it and why, so nobody has to ask where something got to.
- Drafts are private to your agency. EC World cannot see one until you submit it.
- Destinations skip the stages they do not use — only the UK has a CAS stage.
- If something needs fixing it comes back to you with the reason attached, rather than stalling at the university.
Students and documents
Each student once, with their papers in one place.
Passports, transcripts, test results and references are held against the student, not the application, so they are ready for the second application and the third. Required documents are marked, and anything a student sends waits for a counsellor to verify it.
- Documents sit on private storage and open through links that expire. Every access is logged.
- Passport numbers are encrypted. A whole number finds its student; a partial one finds nothing.
- Only verified documents count towards submitting, which is what stops an unchecked file reaching a university.
Ask the right people
A thread with the team that looks after that university.
Every institution has EC World staff assigned to it. A question about a deadline, a document or an offer goes straight to them and stays with the application, instead of living in somebody’s inbox.

- Threads stay with the application, so whoever picks it up next can see what was already said.

Visa requirements
What the student needs, with the source it came from.
The funds to evidence, the English requirement and the documents for each destination, nationality and study level — each row carrying the official source it was taken from and the date somebody last checked it against that source.
- Anything unchecked for 90 days is flagged as stale rather than quietly presented as current.
- Requirements appear on the application itself, for that student’s own route.
- Treat them as guidance to verify, never as a promise to a student.
Commission
What you have earned, and what is actually payable.
Commission is recorded when a student enrols, in the university’s own currency. Your share becomes payable once the university has paid our invoice, and is then settled in a payout you can see.
- Grouped by currency, never summed across them.
- On hold, payable and paid are different things, and are shown as different things.
- Sub-agents have their own share, and it flows down the chain automatically.

None of it is an add-on or a tier. A partner agency has all of it from the day its owner accepts the invitation.
Sub-agents
Bring the smaller agencies who send students through you. They get their own logins and their own view; you see everything they do.
Notices and training
Deadline changes, intake news, induction material, country guides and webinars from the EC World team.
Scholarships
Awards your students can apply for themselves, with the amount, who is eligible and the closing date.
Accommodation and loans
Partner housing and education lenders. Raise an enquiry and we introduce you; the partner decides.
Notifications
Email, and SMS or WhatsApp where you have given us a number, when an application moves or comes back to you.
Your team
Invite counsellors, assign students to them, and deactivate somebody the moment they leave.
Who sees what
People see their own work, and only their own work.
Access is not a setting somebody remembers to apply. A counsellor cannot reach a colleague’s students, and no agency can see another, because of how the records are scoped rather than what the screen happens to show.

Looking after student data
These are real students’ documents.
Passports, transcripts and test results are held on private storage and served through links that expire. Passport numbers are encrypted, and can be matched in full but never browsed. Every account arrives by invitation, and access can be withdrawn immediately — which ends any session already open.
Every change of status on an application is recorded with who made it and why, so a student can always be told what happened to their file and when. See our privacy notice for how we handle personal data.
