Contact
Reach the right person first time.
We would rather you wrote to the team who can actually answer than to a general address that has to forward it.
Universities and colleges
Representation, entry requirements, commission terms, or a question about an application in progress.
institutions@ecworld.comFor universitiesRecruitment agencies
Partnering with us, or a question before you apply. Agencies we already work with should use the messages in Riseway, where their question reaches the team for that university.
partnerships@ecworld.comFor agenciesStudents
We do not work with students directly — your counsellor at your agency does, and they can get an answer from us faster than we can give you one. If you do not have an agency, we cannot place you.
Everything else
Press, suppliers, data protection requests, or anything that does not fit above.
